NOTE : Due to past Zoom meeting interruptions and security incidents, JTPG meetings will be set up in the Zoom webinar structure for the time being. This means that: if you are a voting member of the JTPG OR are on the regular mailing list for JTPG invites and communications, you will receive a separate email with your link to the Zoom meeting. This email will look like the image below and will be unique for each person. It will state that you are invited to be a Panelist, which means you are simply a full participant in the meeting – as opposed to being an Attendee which is a view-only participant who can only be unmuted by a host. Folks who are not JTPG voting members or not on the regular JTPG mailing list will need to register for the meeting as an Attendee using the registration link on the SRPEDD website and attached agenda.

Please let us know if you have any issues accessing the meeting and thank you for your patience as we work to make our virtual and hybrid meetings more secure.

Upon request, every effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodation, including language assistance and/or auxiliary aids and services free of charge. Please contact SRPEDD’s Title VI Coordinator by email at aduarte@srpedd.org. Requests should be made as soon as possible prior to the meeting.
