Sean Hilton
Senior Transportation Planner
Sean Hilton joined SRPEDD in 2021. Sean has worked on several projects during his previous planning experience ranging from main street redesigns, evaluating the mobility of historic districts, and land use scenario planning for growing municipalities.
With a background in transportation and land use planning, Sean has participated in the transportation planning process at SRPEDD through development of the Freight Action Plan, Congestion Management Plan, As-Built Studies, and continued assistance with the development of other transportation studies.
Sean received his B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from St. Michael’s College and an M.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from The University of Iowa with concentrations in transportation planning and land use/environmental planning.
