Joseph Osborne

Joseph was an IT Professional for nearly 20 years prior to earning his BS in Geography with a GIS Minor at Bridgewater State University. He gained technical knowledge and experience through municipal projects collaborations, grant-funded research, and participation in local outreach programs.

His responsibilities include conducting turning movement counts, deploying automated traffic recorders, collecting trail map data, and using GIS to improve existing datasets.
