The meeting invite will provide the information to allow participants to connect to meeting through a computer, smart phone or regular telephone. Based on recommendations from state and federal authorities, it is best to conduct these meetings remotely and not at the SRPEDD office.

SMMPO members may assign a designee to the meeting who is directly responsible and accountable to the SMMPO member. The designee may vote only with written and signed authorization from the SMMPO member provided before or at the time of the meeting.
