SRPEDD Announces a 21-day Public Comment Period and a Virtual Public Meeting to hear comments for an amendment to the FFY2021 UPWP.

October 20, 2020 – The FFY2021 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is being amended to adjust work tasks with the addition of an access management corridor study of Route 103 in Somerset. This amendment reflects a change in the scope of work for Task 3.2 – Management Systems, but does not change the overall contract budget or allocation of funds.

The UPWP identifies, in a single document, all of the annual transportation planning activities that are to be undertaken in the Southeastern Massachusetts Metropolitan Area which is also the SRPEDD region, from October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021.

A public meeting to hear comments and concerns on these amendments will be held remotely on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 from 5-6 PM due to the state of emergency in Massachusetts. Everyone is welcome to attend, ask questions and offer comments.
