The meeting will be conducted through the Microsoft ZOOM APP. The meeting invite will provide the information to allow participants to connect to meeting through a computer, smart phone or regular telephone.

The agenda, meeting minutes and other materials will be sent prior to the meeting for your review.

SMMPO members please let us know if you plan on attending the meeting so we can plan accordingly for a quorum. If you are unable to attend, SMMPO members may send a designee to a meeting who is directly responsible and accountable to the SMMPO member. The designee may vote only with written and signed authorization from the SMMPO member provided before or at the time of the meeting.
