In addition to a beautiful Downtown on the Wareham River, the town has 57 miles of coastline and several public beaches, including Onset Beach, Little Harbor Beach, Briarwood Beach, Minot Forest Beach, Point Independence Beach, Swifts Beach, and Shell Point Beach. Onset Village is its own unique, diverse place featuring a shopping area, restaurants, inns, antiques, and summer rental cottages. Wareham is home to the A.D.
