North Attleborough’s walkable, mixed-use downtown is charming – it’s one of the region’s true Downtowns.
North Attleborough also has an abundance of natural resources, including several rivers, such as the Ten-Mile River and Seven-Mile River, and numerous ponds and lakes, such as Greenwood Lake (site of a fish hatchery) and Falls Pond (popular for fishing, swimming, and boating). The town’s World War I Memorial Park and Zoo offers picnic areas, trails, a ski slope, playgrounds, a sports field, an Arboretum, and a petting zoo. It also includes the highest point in Bristol County – Sunrise Hill (Watery Hill) at a whopping 390 feet above sea level.
