Mansfield Bicycle & Pedestrian Network Plan

A roadmap towards safer, connected routes for walking, biking, and everyday travel in Mansfield.

Project Background

In partnership with SRPEDD, the Town of Mansfield is creating a Bicycle and Pedestrian Network Plan to help make it safer and easier for everyone to walk, bike, and use other small mobility devices like wheelchairs, strollers, and scooters to get around. This plan will look at where sidewalks, bike paths, and trails already exist and where improvements are needed. Over the next year, the Town and SRPEDD staff will talk with residents, collect and map information, and learn about what people need to move around safely without a vehicle in Mansfield. A steering committee of residents will be created to help guide the project, and everyone in Mansfield will have a chance to share their ideas through surveys, meetings, and community events.
