Sara Brown, CPO

Sara Brown has experience in geographic information systems (GIS), data analysis, and community planning. She brings a wealth of software, design, drafting, and planning skills to the agency.

Ms. Brown has been working with the Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District for two years. She has been working on a variety of Comprehensive Planning projects including Master Plans, Corridor Studies, Complete Streets Plans, and Marketing Guides.

In addition to working on comprehensive projects, Ms. Brown has helped improve the SRPEDD GIS file structure, created an interactive online Data Center, assisted in creating the SRPEDD Annual Report, and worked with the SRPEDD Website Design Team. She has learned a variety of different computer software skills including ArcGIS, Autodesk software, Sketchup, Tableau, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
