To best determine future uses along this corridor, the SRPEDD team considered existing conditions including spatial and economic trends. This presentation will guide you through the existing conditions of the Swansea Route 6/118 Corridor Study.
Based on the findings of the Existing Conditions analysis, the project team determined the following key sites comprise the areas of focus for future development. Your feedback through the Swansea Route 6/118 Corridor will help us select the best development for each sites based on its current ownership, vacancy, and topography.
